A George III period leather mounted tilt-top tripod games table with gilt tooled leather playing surface and having nine money wells. The baluster turned standard is supported by three cabriole legs with slipper feet and sunken brass casters. Probably by Gillows and retaining a "Stair and Co" label. Sold at Sotheby's in 1996, lot 382. Ex. Coll: Greenwich CT private collection. English, circa1790.
