A very fine Harewood pembroke table, circa 1770, attributable to Mayhew and Ince. The rectangular top with complicated inlaid central oval panel surrounded by a harewood field and bordered with husk and honeysuckle inlaid edging. The square tapered legs are fully paneled with similar honeysuckle and bellflower inlays above blocked feet with original leather casters. The frieze with a working drawer and original fire gilt hardware flanked by inlaid urns complete this rare and fine table. English, excellent color and patina.
