A carved mahogany Philadelphia dish top candlestand with tapered column and suppressed ball turning on a tripod cabriole base. The top is supported by a birdcage. It appears to have an older surface with the original brass clip. A nearly identical table is featured in Sack, Volume 8, P5699, pg 2292. 18th century, American.
