|Title:||A Very Fine Sheraton Sideboard|
|Size:||H 36in x W 60in x D 27in|
A very fine serpentine sideboard from the early Sheraton period, circa 1790. The mahogany case with three drawers is inlaid throughout with satinwood stringing and harewood crossbanding. The serpentine case is supported by square tapered, inlaid legs on spade feet. The hardware is original; the type of brasswork often associated with the Gillow's workshop. Retains a soft faded surface and natural patina.
